Shipping & Customs Policy

Lux Mehal operates using a combination of dropshipping, second-party, and third-party fulfillment models. Products may be sourced and shipped from authorized brand partners, independent suppliers, distributors, and international manufacturers. Shipping carriers, packaging, and delivery times may vary by product.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Certain luxury, custom, limited-edition, or sourced items may require additional processing time. Orders may ship in multiple packages. Tracking information will be provided when available.

United States: 5–14 business days. International: 7–21 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Products may ship from the United States, Italy, other parts of Europe, Asia, or other international locations depending on supplier availability.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Refused or abandoned shipments due to unpaid fees are not eligible for refunds.

Lux Mehal is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather events, or incorrect shipping information. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee delivery timelines.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Some items may be restricted or unavailable for shipment to certain countries due to customs regulations.

Certain non-branded or generic items may be legally produced and sold under the Lux Mehal brand name and are not affiliated with any luxury fashion house unless explicitly stated.
