Discounted Product Policy
- Discounted (imported) products are eligible for exchange within 2 days of delivery.
- Refunds are not applicable on discounted items.
- Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- For orders above USD 500, re-delivery charges will not be applied in case of an approved exchange.
- For orders below USD 500, standard delivery charges may apply for exchange.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Final approval of exchange is subject to quality inspection by our team.
Return Policy
For all domestic and international shipments weighing above 1500 grams (1.5 kg), including but not limited to trolley bags, lehengas, apparel, and accessories sourced from China, Europe, and India, all sales are strictly final. Returns, cancellations, or refusals without a valid reason—such as verified manufacturing defect, wrong item, or transit damage—will not be accepted. An uninterrupted open-time video clearly showing the sealed package, label, and product condition is mandatory for any return or damage claim. Claims without an open-time video will be rejected. In cases of unjustified returns, customers shall bear all shipping, customs, duties, handling, and restocking charges. Any eligible refund will be processed only after deducting actual logistics and processing costs. LSP Lux Mehal reserves the right to deny refunds at its sole discretion
