All pre-owned products offered by LSP Lux Mehal are part of our fresh, unused collection.

These items have never been worn, used, or consumed. The term “pre-owned” is used strictly for sourcing, resale, or legal categorization purposes and does not indicate prior use or wear.

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions or stock limitations. Full payment must be completed before order processing.

LSP Lux Mehal reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Orders may be fulfilled via domestic or international logistics partners, including verified dropshipping suppliers. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to logistics operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

All prices displayed on the LSP Lux Mehal website are final, and no additional charges will be collected at the time of delivery.

Exception:
For products with a value above USD 800, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or government-mandated charges imposed by the destination country shall be payable by the customer.
LSP Lux Mehal is not responsible for customs assessments, delays, or regulations enforced by government authorities.

Some products are fulfilled through international dropshipping partners. Shipping origin, packaging style, and delivery timelines may vary depending on product location and partner operations.

Returns or refunds are accepted only as per the specific return terms mentioned on the individual product page.

Final sale, customized, made-to-order, discounted, or special collection items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is received damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

LSP Lux Mehal does not provide manufacturer or brand warranties unless explicitly stated. Any warranty claims must be directed to the respective brand owner or manufacturer where applicable.

LSP Lux Mehal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunities.
